Can you embroider my logo exactly as it is?
Embroidery has different limits from printing. Very thin lines, tiny text or low-resolution artwork may need adjustment. Send a high-quality PNG, SVG or vector file so we can review it. Thread colors are matched as closely as possible; an exact screen-color match is not guaranteed.
Can I see a proof first?
Yes, proofs are available by request. Ask in your inquiry or order notes. Waiting for your approval can affect processing time.
Can you keep the original brand logo on a shirt?
Placement depends on the item. For Under Armour polos with a brand logo on the left chest, custom embroidery can go on the right chest. Confirm the garment and location in your quote.
Will my order arrive by my event date?
Share your needed-by date before ordering. Typical processing is 1–8 business days, with additional time possible for bulk orders and proof approval. Carrier transit time is separate; estimated delivery dates are not guarantees.
Is there a minimum order?
Tell us the item and quantity you need. We’ll confirm the available ordering options and any item-specific minimum before you order.
Can I return a personalized item?
Custom and personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Check all names, sizes and logo details before ordering. If something is wrong with your received order, contact us through your order channel so we can review it.
